Location Fort Belvoir, VA
Job Information

Education – Bachelor’s degree and/or 8 years of intelligence analyst experience, at a minimum

Clearance – Active TS with SCI eligibility in JPAS

Experience –8 years of intelligence analyst experience.

Special skills or qualifications –

  • The Contractor shall conduct policy analysis to support formulation of recommendations regarding HUMINT policies and TTPs which are used in the development of various threat mitigation documents. Analyses shall provide relevant background data and examination of possible outcomes and second- and third-order effects to support development of relevant and enduring threat mitigation documents
  • Contractor shall conduct After Action Reports (AARs) to document the results of Government selected HUMINT or Technical Analysis events, incidents, exchanges, or activities, of the Intelligence Community (IC) to assess the effectiveness of actual or proposed CI/CT/FP/HUMINT analytic procedures. Analysts shall provide AARs of each selected event, incident, exchange or activity
  • The Contractor shall provide input to white papers to explore new HUMINT training topics, analytic approaches, technology, and theories on topics relevant to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command’s mission requirements and Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • The Contractor shall conduct AARs to document the results of selected HUMINT training and instruction events. Analysts shall also document exchanges or activities of the IC to assess the effectiveness of actual or proposed HUMINT training and instruction procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for white papers exploring new HUMINT SR-related topics, analytic approaches, technology, and theories relevant to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command’s mission requirements and AOR.
  • Develop HUMINT leads, based on Army G2 targeting strategies by conducting extensive research through the use of multiple classified and unclassified resources and databases in support of current and future full spectrum US Army HUMINT Operations.

NOTE:  Must have HUMINT collections experience at the senior level as this position will over see Army HUMINT operations and policy
